Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company recipes
– Ensure quality and freshness of all coffee products
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
– Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Shift Supervisor
