1. Medical Spa Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Medical Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and assisting with check-in/out process
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Managing front desk operations and maintaining a tidy reception area
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

2. Laser Technician

Our Laser Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of cosmetic procedures, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting consultations with clients to determine their needs
• Performing laser treatments safely and effectively
• Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Providing post-treatment care instructions to clients

3. Esthetician

Our Estheticians are experts in skincare and body treatments, providing customized services to address clients’ specific concerns. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting skin analyses and recommending appropriate treatments
• Performing facials, chemical peels, and other skincare services
• Educating clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and hygiene standards

Qualifications

Successful candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Relevant education and certification in the field
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A passion for the beauty and skincare industry
