Position: Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Assist with showroom and trade show setup and support
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of floor materials and installation techniques is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
