Job Description

As a General Practice Attorney at Moen Cain & O’Brien, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters. From family law to real estate transactions, you will be expected to handle various cases with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the law.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare legal documents, such as wills, contracts, and deeds
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
