We are hiring for the following position:

Job Title: Mold Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mold inspections in residential and commercial properties using state-of-the-art equipment
• Collect samples for laboratory testing and analysis
• Interpret inspection results and provide detailed reports to clients
• Educate clients on mold remediation strategies and prevention techniques
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective mold remediation solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mold inspection or related field
• Certification in mold inspection and remediation (e.g., CMIA, CMR, AMRI)
• Proficient in using mold detection equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
