We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following position:

Position: Catering Coordinator

As a Catering Coordinator at Molina’s Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our catering services. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all catering orders and ensure timely delivery to our customers
• Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure accurate preparation and presentation of all catering items
• Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and provide excellent customer service
• Manage catering inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Assist with catering set-up and breakdown at various locations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in catering or event planning is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
