Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Momentum Behavioral Health Concepts is a leading provider of Mental Health Services in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through quality, compassionate care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment goals and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document client progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
