At Mono’s Colombian Restaurant, we are always on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about food and customer service. Currently, we have openings for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook Colombian dishes with precision and care
• Ensure quality and consistency in all menu items
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient workspace

2. Server

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations

3. Dishwasher

• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. The following qualifications are required for each position:

Line Cook:

• Previous experience cooking Colombian or Latin American cuisine preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Server:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Dishwasher:

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
