Position: Spa Receptionist
As a Spa Receptionist at Mont Blanc Center, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude, assist them with scheduling appointments, answer phones, and provide information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Provide information about our services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
