Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Montessori Children’s Cottage is a well-established preschool and kindergarten based on the Montessori philosophy. We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate preschool teacher to join our team and help nurture young minds in a stimulating environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a curriculum that follows the Montessori method of education
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment for students
• Observe and record children’s progress and development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a Montessori or early childhood education setting preferred
• Montessori teaching credentials or willingness to pursue certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
