Job Title: Montessori Teacher

Job Description

As a Montessori Teacher at Montessori Learning Institute, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will be working with children aged 2-6 years old, guiding them through their individual learning journeys using the Montessori method. Your role will include:

• Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
• Observing and assessing children’s progress
• Creating a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff members
• Communicating effectively with parents

Qualifications

To be considered for the position of Montessori Teacher, you must meet the following criteria:

• Montessori Teacher Certification (AMI or AMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Montessori environment
• Passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
