We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following position:

Educational Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children
• Support students in their learning and social development
• Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Attend professional development sessions and meetings

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children
• Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
