Job Overview

As a Hotel & Motel Consultant at Moonlight Suites, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to hotel and motel owners, managers, and staff. You will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and maximize operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of hotels and motels to assess current operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop customized strategies and action plans to optimize revenue, streamline processes, and enhance guest satisfaction
• Provide training and support to hotel and motel staff on best practices in customer service, operations management, and revenue generation
• Collaborate with hotel owners and managers to set performance goals and track progress towards achieving key metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative solutions and strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience working in the hotel or motel industry, with a strong track record of success in operations management or consulting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
