Job Description

We are currently seeking a Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling restoration projects and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to emergency restoration calls in a timely manner
• Assessing the extent of fire or water damage in residential and commercial properties
• Developing and implementing restoration plans to mitigate damage and restore properties to their original condition
• Working with a team to execute restoration projects efficiently
• Ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed during restoration projects
• Communicating with clients throughout the restoration process to provide updates and address any concerns

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in fire and water damage restoration
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
