Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various mortgage products and help them choose the best option for their financial situation
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine eligibility for loan programs
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closing agents to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Current NMLS license is required
