Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of mortgage loan applications.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage products and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
