Job Description

As a Loans Specialist at Mortgage Mania, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their loan options and guiding them through the process of securing the right mortgage for their needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and provide expert advice to help them make informed decisions about their mortgage options.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and discuss their mortgage needs
• Provide personalized advice on different loan options, such as fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, and government-backed loans
• Assist clients with the mortgage application process and gather necessary documentation
• Negotiate with lenders to secure the best terms and rates for our clients
• Ensure that all loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide the most current information to clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry
• Strong understanding of loan products and mortgage guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage loan software
