As a Front Desk Agent at Motel 6, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them to our property and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with reservations
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Housekeeper

Our Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay at Motel 6. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas
• Making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies
• Inspecting rooms for cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues
• Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas

Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for keeping our property in top shape, ensuring that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Responding to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely manner
• Assisting with renovation projects and other property upgrades

General Manager

Our General Managers play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported in their roles. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitoring and analyzing property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
