Position: Bearings Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support and expertise on bearings and related products to customers and internal team members
– Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions
– Work closely with suppliers to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
– Assist in product training for customers and team members
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
– Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate bearing solutions
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– 2+ years of experience in the industrial bearings industry
– Strong technical knowledge of bearings and related products
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
