Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Description:

As a Loan Officer at Motto Mortgage Complete, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of mortgage loans. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the loan application process, assess their financial situation, and recommend loan products that best suit their needs. You will also be responsible for gathering and verifying financial documents, communicating with clients, and working closely with underwriters to ensure a smooth loan approval process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on different loan products and options available
• Analyze clients’ financial status and credit reports to determine eligibility for loans
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are submitted
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on their loan application status
• Collaborate with underwriters to address any issues that may arise during the loan approval process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination software
