We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging programs for youth members of the church
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young members of the congregation
• Work collaboratively with other church staff to integrate youth activities with overall church programming
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth activities
• Participate in regular staff meetings and church events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, or related field
• Past experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
