• Storage Facility Manager

Job Responsibilities

Storage Facility Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the storage facility
• Manage rental agreements and customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise and train staff members

Assistant Manager

• Assist the facility manager with daily tasks and operations
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized facility

Customer Service Representative

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle inquiries and provide information about storage options
• Process rental agreements and payments

Storage Facility Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on storage units
• Keep the facility clean and well-maintained
• Ensure security measures are in place and functioning properly

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the storage industry is a plus
