Position: Worship Leader

Are you passionate about music and worship? Do you have a heart for leading others in worship and creating an atmosphere where people can connect with God? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Worship Leader at Movement Church.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship music during our Sunday services and special events
• Select and arrange music that aligns with our church’s vision and values
• Recruit, train, and develop musicians and vocalists for the worship team
• Collaborate with the pastor and worship planning team to create engaging and meaningful worship experiences
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to members of the worship team

Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
• Proficient in playing an instrument (guitar, keyboard, etc.)
• Strong vocal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• A heart for worship and a desire to see others grow in their faith
