Position: Legal Service Plans Attorney

As a Legal Service Plans Attorney at Munsch Hardt, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to clients who participate in our legal service plans. You will work closely with clients to understand their legal needs, provide expert advice and representation, and ensure that their legal rights are protected. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of legal service plan clients
• Provide legal advice and representation in various practice areas
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to achieve client objectives

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas or California State Bar (or eligible for admission)
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation, corporate law, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
