Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Music & Arts, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the perfect musical instrument or accessory
• Providing product recommendations based on customer needs
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Participating in special promotions and events

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of musical instruments and accessories (preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for music and helping others
