Job Description:

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting community members with the resources and support they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with community members
  • Building relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance our services
  • Coordinating events and initiatives to raise awareness of our programs and services
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance
  • Collecting and analyzing data to measure the impact of our outreach efforts
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the effective delivery of services

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, or a related field
  • Experience working in a community outreach or social services role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for serving others and creating positive change
