Insurance Claims Specialist

If so, we want to hear from you! My Insurance Case is currently seeking a talented Insurance Claims Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims processing.
• Investigate claims to determine coverage and eligibility.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure fair resolutions for all parties involved.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
• Insurance industry certifications/licenses a plus.
