• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and process transactions accurately
• Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers

Job Title: Wigs & Hair Pieces Specialist

Job Description:

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting wigs and hairpieces to meet their specific needs and preferences
• Provide personalized consultations and style recommendations to help customers achieve their desired look
• Handle wig maintenance, styling, and customization services as needed
• Educate customers on proper wig care and maintenance practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Job Title: Cancer Treatment Centers Specialist

Job Description:

• Support customers undergoing cancer treatment by providing compassionate and personalized care
• Assist with selecting wigs, headscarves, and other products to help manage hair loss during treatment
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families during their journey
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to cancer care

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of beauty products, fashion trends, and/or cancer treatment centers is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
