Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice matters
• Conduct research, analyze legal documents, and prepare legal briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients in legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on general practice
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
