Position: General Contractor/ Home Builder

Job Description:

Nano 3D Biosciences Inc is seeking a skilled General Contractor/ Home Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial construction projects, with a strong background in project management and hands-on building experience. This role will involve overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for our company, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Supervise construction crews and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the construction process
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting and/or home building
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
