Position: Veterinary Specialist

Job Description:

At Nasa Pet Hospital, we are currently seeking a Veterinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed veterinarian with a passion for providing exceptional care to animals. The Veterinary Specialist will be responsible for:

• Performing surgical procedures on animals, including spaying/neutering, dental surgeries, and tumor removals.
• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in pets.
• Developing treatment plans and providing ongoing care for patients.
• Consulting with pet owners and providing education on pet health and wellness.
• Collaborating with other veterinarians and staff to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for the Veterinary Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Current state veterinary license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a veterinarian, with a focus on surgical procedures.
• Strong surgical skills and a thorough understanding of veterinary medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
