Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Nasser Fahmy: Allstate Insurance is currently seeking a motivated and career-minded individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. As a reputable insurance agency, we have been providing comprehensive insurance solutions to our clients for over 10 years. Join us in helping our clients protect what matters most to them.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a book of business by networking, cold calling, and other sales methods
• Educate clients on different insurance policies and help them choose the coverage that best fits their needs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, claims, and policy changes
• Attend training sessions and stay up to date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Meet sales targets and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in the state of California (or willing to obtain license)
