Job Title: Logistics/Trucking Transportation Broker

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions for clients.
• Manage relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation routes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation brokerage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
