Position: Insurance Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through in-person consultations, phone calls, and email communications
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Review and update existing insurance policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage
• Assist clients with claims processing and offer support throughout the claims settlement process
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Boat & Marine Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Hold a valid insurance agent license
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
