Job Openings
1. Loan Officer
As a Loan Officer at Nci Community Development Cu, you will play a crucial role in helping our members secure loans to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating loan applications and determining eligibility
- Assisting members with the loan application process
- Providing excellent customer service and financial advice
- Ensuring compliance with lending regulations
- Developing relationships with members to promote financial wellness
2. Member Service Representative
Join our team as a Member Service Representative and provide exceptional customer service to our members. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting members with account inquiries and transactions
- Opening new accounts and processing loan applications
- Educating members on our products and services
- Resolving member complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Promoting credit union products and services to meet member needs
3. Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our credit union’s financial planning and analysis efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial reports and analysis
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and insights
- Participating in strategic planning activities
- Providing recommendations to improve financial performance
