We are Hiring: Loan Officer

Are you passionate about helping individuals secure their dream homes or achieve their financial goals? Do you have a strong understanding of the loan process and excellent customer service skills? If so, Neider Mortgage is looking for you to join our team as a Loan Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, commercial, and credit loans
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verify the accuracy of loan information
• Stay up-to-date on loan products and market trends
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of loan products and services
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• BA in Finance, Economics, or related field
