Job Description

Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and advocacy to individuals and families in need within our community. This role will involve assessing clients’ needs, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating services, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and create care plans
• Provide counseling, support, and advocacy for individuals and families
• Coordinate with other service providers and community resources
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards goals
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community
