Position: Inspection Service Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of properties, including but not limited to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Create detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of inspections
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property inspections preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
