Job Description:

We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Network Design & Systems, Computer Data Recovery, and Computer Technical Assistance & Support Services. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new IT solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, and on-site visits
• Troubleshoot network and system issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Perform data recovery and backup services
• Assist with network design and implementation projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Computer Network Design & Systems
• Experience with Computer Data Recovery techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
