We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Director of Worship

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the worship ministry of the church, including planning and coordinating worship services
• Select songs, scriptures, and other elements for worship services that align with the church’s mission and values
• Recruit, train, and develop worship team members, including vocalists, musicians, and technical staff
• Cultivate a culture of excellence and creativity in all aspects of worship ministry
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to create a cohesive and unified worship experience
• Provide pastoral care and support to worship team members
• Stay current with trends in worship music and technology

Qualifications:

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects biblical values
• Prior experience leading worship in a church setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong musical ability and proficiency in leading congregational singing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings
