Position Available: Youth Pastor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry program, including planning and implementing weekly gatherings, activities, and events
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young people, helping them grow in their relationship with God
• Equip and empower youth to become leaders within the church and community
• Build relationships with youth and their families, fostering a sense of belonging and community
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to create a holistic approach to ministry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry, or a related field
• Experience working with youth in a church or organizational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for youth ministry and helping young people grow in their faith
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
