Job Title: Home Builder

Overview

As a Home Builder at NEW ELITE HOMES, you will be responsible for managing the construction of residential properties from groundbreaking to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that each home is built to our high standards and meets all relevant codes and regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the home building process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the construction progress and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site and implement proper waste management practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom homes
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of home building, including foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
