We are Hiring: Youth Pastor

New Faith Church is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This position is a key role within our church as we strive to guide and mentor the next generation of believers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry program
• Develop and implement engaging and impactful youth events and activities
• Provide guidance and support to young people in their spiritual growth
• Build relationships with youth and their families
• Collaborate with the church leadership team to align youth ministry goals with the overall mission of the church

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to the Christian faith and values of the Baptist Church
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire young people
• Team player with a positive attitude
