General Contractors

Job Title: General Contractor

Job Description:

As a General Contractor at New Heights Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties will include:
– Managing project timelines and budgets
– Communicating with clients to address any concerns or questions
– Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is done correctly
– Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of construction best practices
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
– OSHA certification is preferred

Building Contractors
