Position Available: Medical Spa Receptionist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Experience in a spa or medical office setting is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out, handle payments, and provide general support to the team
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
