Job Title: Youth Program Coordinator

About the Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Program Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with young people and helping them develop their faith. The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and leading various youth programs and events within the church community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth program that includes educational, spiritual, and recreational activities
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with youth programs
• Organize and lead youth group meetings, retreats, and special events
• Provide guidance and support to youth in their spiritual growth and personal development
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth programs with the overall mission and vision of the church
• Manage the budget for the youth program and ensure resources are used effectively

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Youth Program Coordinator position will possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in theology, education, or a related field
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, staff, and youth members
• A deep understanding of Baptist beliefs and practices
• Passion for youth ministry and helping young people grow in their faith
