New Living Word Church is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about serving others and spreading the word of God. Position: Youth Pastor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate youth ministry programs and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to young members of the church
• Organize and oversee youth events, retreats, and trips
• Counsel and support youth in their personal and spiritual growth
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the broader church community

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with youth and helping them grow in their faith
• A deep understanding of Christian teachings and principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in youth ministry or related field is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is desirable
