New Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles.

Current Openings

1. Youth Pastor

– Lead and oversee all youth ministry activities, including Bible studies, youth groups, retreats, and community service projects
– Develop and implement age-appropriate programs to engage and disciple young people in their faith
– Provide mentorship and support to youth members, fostering spiritual growth and personal development

2. Worship Leader

– Plan and lead worship services, including selecting music, coordinating with musicians, and preparing worship sets
– Create a worship environment that is engaging, uplifting, and conducive to spiritual growth
– Work closely with the pastor and other church leaders to align worship services with the overall vision and values of the church

3. Outreach Coordinator

– Develop and implement outreach programs to reach the local community and beyond with the message of Jesus Christ
– Build relationships with other organizations, groups, and individuals to expand the reach of the church’s ministry
– Coordinate volunteers and resources to support outreach efforts and meet the needs of the community

Qualifications

– A strong commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the church
– Relevant experience and/or education in the specific area of ministry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
– Willingness to learn and grow in ministry
