Position: Front Desk Agent

Location: Orlando, FL

We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Agent to join our team at the New Six Inn & Suites in beautiful Orlando, FL. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for everyone who stays with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
