Position: Pizza Chef

New York Pizzeria Inc is a well-established pizzeria located in the heart of New York City. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pizza Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Italian pizzas, we want to hear from you!

About Us:

• New York Pizzeria Inc has been serving up traditional New York-style pizzas for over 20 years.
• We use only the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes to create our mouth-watering pizzas.
• We take pride in providing our customers with an authentic New York pizzeria experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and guidelines.
• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven to perfection.
• Ensure that all pizzas are made to order and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy pizzeria or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza making techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus.
